Welcome to SAMontheTYNE, being held on the 2-3 May 2019 at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead Hotel
SAM has never visited Newcastle Gateshead before, and we are delighted to be in one of the UK's friendliest cities for the 2019 Spring Meeting. Newcastle’s Quayside on the infamous Tyne River, is brimming with heritage old and new.
Our local hosts, Dr Charlotte Routh from Northumbria & Dr Chris Gibbins from Newcastle, have worked hard to produce a varied and highly educational programme with a wide variety of speakers to deal with challenges that also have existed for many years as well as introduce you to novel and realistic approaches to these. The conference is aimed at the whole multidisciplinary team who, like you, work day in and day out, in acute and general medicine.
SAM conferences are rated highly for their friendly, welcoming atmosphere and this is your opportunity to Learn, Network and Enjoy spending time with colleagues who face the same challenges as you.
12 CPD Points have been approved by the UK Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (Activity Code: 122657)
